"I followed a 5 day retreat with Brigitte in 2008. It was located in another setting then, but the content is probably still the same. Luckily so!
I was a beginner at yoga and meditation and had never done pranayama. Actually, I was a bit afraid I would enter a world of "goat wool sock" type people.
The morning started early, in silence, with an hour long meditation which was slightly guided by Brigitte. It felt so at ease I had no trouble sitting for an hour. After that, the second hour she guided a pranayama session. Then we had a really healthy and tasty breakfast with muesli and fruits before we went on with our yoga session. The BackMitra again was new to me, and although difficult and a bit painful at first, really lengthened and straightened out my back! Amazing!!
Brigitte is very knowledgeable & patient, she sends out a pleasant energy and made me feel at ease. On top of that, our group went on a trip by boat to see whales. A lot of fun.
